Cancellation:
- For bookings cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the set arrival date the deposit is retained.
- For bookings cancelled 3 weeks to 1 week prior to the set arrival date we charge for 40 % of the stay in addition to retaining the deposit.
- We reserve the right to charge for 100 % of the stay in addition to retaining the deposit in cases of cancellation 1 week prior to the set arrival date, no-show, early departure or late arrival, if it's not possible to rent the apartment to other guests.
- We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance.
General information:
- The apartment is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 on the day of departure
- Final cleaning: € 50,00 per apartment
