• Guest Pass: Allows unlimited use of all ski buses in the Pusteria/Pustertal valley as well as of all means of public transportation (including regional trains) throughout South Tyrol and to Cortina. As a host with a membership of the local tourism association we bear the costs for local transportation for all our guests! We will happily provide you with a ticket at your arrival. The following buses/shuttles are not included: 439, 440, 442 (10.07.-10.09.), 444

Cancellation:

• For bookings cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the set arrival date the deposit is retained.
• For bookings cancelled 3 weeks to 1 week prior to the set arrival date we charge for 40 % of the stay in addition to retaining the deposit.
• We reserve the right to charge for 100 % of the stay in addition to retaining the deposit in cases of cancellation 1 week prior to the set arrival date, no-show, early departure or late arrival, if it's not possible to rent the apartment to other guests.
• We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance.

General information:

1. The apartment is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 on the day of departure
